Spandana School has grown from a single rented room in a temple to a three-story campus serving 700+ children — proving that quality education belongs in every village.
A community-led NGO working to transform rural education in Kadaramandalagi and nearby villages. Through Spandana School, we provide children with access to quality learning, caring teachers, and opportunities to grow academically and personally.
Urban-quality teaching, value-based learning, and concept clarity for every rural child.
Inter-school sports, Prathibha Karanji, science exhibitions — students develop confidence beyond the classroom.
Founded by village youth, built by donations, sustained by community trust since 2006.
Graduates now pursue medicine, engineering, law, and commerce across India.
Multiple years of 100% SSLC results — a record that reflects hard work from teachers, students, and parents.
CSR partnerships, individual donors, and volunteers are all welcome to be part of our mission.
Parents, alumni, teachers, and donors share what Spandana School means to them.
Started by youth who cared enough to act — and never stopped.
KEARDS was founded by socially concerned youth who identified three core problems: poor quality of government school education, limited access to affordable private schooling, and the absence of proper facilities for underprivileged children.
The journey began in a rented room within a temple premises in 2006. The community rallied — donating land, funds, and labour. Today, Spandana School is a three-story institution recognised at the taluk level for academic excellence.
From 36 students in 2006–07 to 728 in 2025–26, every number tells the story of a family that chose to trust education over circumstance.
Kadaramandalagi is a village of 1,245 families in Byadgi taluk, Haveri district — population 5,805. Agriculture is the primary occupation. Many families depend on irregular or seasonal work.
In such communities, education is the strongest path to opportunity, dignity, and long-term development. We believe rural children deserve the same quality that urban children receive — without having to leave their village.
Enable village development through quality education and holistic development of students. Create contributing citizens of the future.
Provide urban-quality education and imbibe human values in students in rural India.
Education is not only about marks — it's about confidence, character, and the ability to shape one's own future.
